Our brewery – located on the outskirts of Serres, 83 kilometres from Thessaloniki and 581 kilometres from Athens – is named after the ancient city of Serres (Siris), a city first referenced by Herodotus in the 5th century B.C.
Dedicated to the delightful taste experience of beer, we conduct strict quality controls at every stage of the production process. And we implement international quality and food safety standards, such as ISO 22000:2018, while continually investing in new technology and equipment.
What’s more, we select and harmoniously combine exceptional raw materials from local and international markets, having invested in a state-of-the-art water treatment system suited to the taste profile of every beer. Fermentation and maturation are conducted via natural processes and traditional brewing techniques to best release authentic tastes and aromas.
